Mailing lists for promotional or informational mailings can be obtained from various resources, such as a department's independently maintained database, University databases and/or purchased mailing lists from list providers. 

Mail services has Postal certified software which we can use to clean up your mail lists. Multiple lists can be merged together and duplicate addresses removed. We can also run your list through “NCOA” processing which is National Change of Addresses and update your mailing list with any move updates over the last 48 months. 

List processing also includes running your list through CASS certified software. This process will standardize addresses, case convert and ZIP+4 Delivery Point Validation (DPV) code your list for maximum USPS postage discounts.

Each component of an address should be in a separate field such as Full Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, City, St, Zip+4, Country, Country Code. Plus 4 is not required.
