Where are package lockers located?: Lockers for undergraduates are located on the 100 level of the Frist Campus Center. Lockers for graduate students are located at Porter’s Lodge.
For the School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) the package lockers are located at the A126 Corridor and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via TigerCard (Prox) access into the building. For oversized packages a notification will be sent via email if it can be picked up at the loading dock or delivered by staff.
New South has lockers for University staff members.
Will my shipping/mailing address change?: No. Your previously assigned mailbox number and address will stay the same.
How will I know if I've received a package?: You will receive an email notification that includes package details, locker location and PIN.
How do I pick up a package?: Check your email notification to determine whether your package is in a locker or at the Oversized Package Room (OPR). If your package is in a locker, go to the specified locker bank and use the Princeton Package Lockers App on Android or iOS, or the self-service kiosk to open your locker. Lockers are accessible during building hours.
Packages that are too large for lockers, or perishable such as flowers, may be picked up in the Oversized Package Room (OPR) at Frist (Room 110) for undergraduates and Porter’s Lodge Office for graduates during OPR hours.

I am currently in quarantine/isolation. How do I pick up my package?: Call or email Mail Services (609.258.1352, [email protected]) for accommodation.

Please note that packages in the Oversized Package Room (OPR) may only be picked up during OPR business hours.

What do I do if the locker is stuck or not working?: If you need assistance, stop by the Oversized Package Room during business hours. You may also email [email protected] (undergraduates) or [email protected] (graduates).
I’m unable to collect my package. What do I do?: Call or email Mail Services (609.258.1352, [email protected]) for accommodation.

My package is reported as delivered by the carrier, but I have not received a notification for pick up. Where is my package?: “Delivered” statuses from carriers such as UPS or FedEx indicate that the package has arrived on campus. Once the package has been processed on campus, you will receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup.
