Student Package Lockers at Frist
Frequently Asked Questions
- Will my shipping/mailing address change?
No. Your current assigned mailbox number and address will stay the same.
- Where will the package lockers be located?
The Package Lockers are located on the 100 level of the Frist Campus Center.
- How will I know if I've received a package?
You will receive an email notification that includes a specific locker bank location and PIN. If a package is too large to fit in a locker, the notice will direct you to the Oversized Package Room (OPR) on the 100 Level of the Frist Campus Center. OPR hours are 10 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday and 10 am-2 pm, Saturday.
- How do I pick up a package?
Check your email notification to determine whether your package is in a locker or at the Oversized Package Room (OPR). If your package is in a locker, go to the specified locker bank and use the Princeton Package Lockers App or self-service kiosk to open your locker. If your package is in the OPR, you may pick up your package during OPR Hours (10 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday and 10 am-2 pm, Saturday).
- How/where do I pick up mail?
You may collect your mail by going to the Mail Room (formerly the Package Room, 118 Frist) and showing your University ID and signing for it. An email will be sent to you when you receive first class mail only. Mail Room hours are 10 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday and 10 am-1 pm, Saturday.
