Package lockers are located on the 100 level of Frist Campus Center.

You will receive an email notification that includes a specific locker bank location and PIN. If a package is too large to fit in a locker, the notice will direct you to the Oversized Package Room on the 100 level of the Frist Campus Center.
Oversized Package Room Hours:
Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm
Saturday 10 am – 2 pm -

Check your email notification to determine whether your package is in a locker or behind the counter.
A: Locker: Go to the specified locker bank and use the app or the self-service kiosk to open your locker.
B: Counter: Proceed to the Oversized Package Room for pick up.

Yes, students can mail packages prior to move-in. We ask that you mail packages no earlier than one week before your arrival. We do not want a large number of packages to overwhelm our mail room.

While there is no limit on package size, please keep in mind the large volume of packages during this time of year and the impact on other students.

You may collect your mail by going to the Mail Service Window (Frist Room 106) and present your University ID. An email will be sent to you when you receive First-Class Mail only.
